To be able to use services of the University Library you have to be registered in the University Library. You can apply for registration or be registered at any branch of the University Library: 

• Universal Reading Room and European Documentation Centre, Tajovského Street 51
• Reading Room of Economics, Tajovského Street 10
• Selfeducation Centre, Street to Amfiteater 1
• Reading Room of Education, Ružová Street 15
• Reading Room of Politological Science, Kuzmányho Street 1
• Reading Room of Law, Komenského Street 20
• Lending Department, Tajovského Street 40

You will need your passport and student's card (ISIC) for the registration. The registration is free of charge. After signing the registration Application form you may use all library services. 

Relations between the University Library and users are defined by Library Rules and Regulations of the Matej Bel University. These include also the Reading rooms rules.

Our users can search informations by two main ways:

• Online Catalog of the University Library,
• electronic information resources (databases, e-books, Virtual Study Room, etc.).
